1. How much does it cost?

Your Ivory Inc. Assisted Living care profile is customized to suit your care needs. Therefore, to estimate your costs, we must meet with you first to assess your level of care. Your lease term is month to month. There is no security deposit, however, we do require a Community Fee, paid at the time of move-in. Contact one of our Admissions Specialists today to determine your care plan and its monthly cost.

2. Can individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other memory-related illnesses live at Ivory Inc. Assisted Living?

Yes.

3. Can I bring my pet?

Yes. Pets that can be cared for exclusively by the resident are allowed. Ivory Inc. Assisted Living does not offer pet care and dog-walking services.

4. Can I bring my own furniture to my new apartment?

Yes. Our apartments are designed to accommodate your own furniture and belongings so that you can bring that touch of home with you.

5. Is smoking allowed at Ivory Inc. Assisted Living?

Smoking is not allowed inside Ivory Inc. Assisted Living. However, we do provide special covered areas outside for smoking.
